Policies
- Dancers from 3-6 years old must have a parent come inside to drop them off and pick them up.
- Drop off/arrival times can be no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start time of your dancers registered class.
- Dancers are only allowed 1 class wait time between registered classes. (45 min)
- NWDA Dress code applies to all dancers: if you do not come in dress code, please be prepared to sit out or wear from the Borrow Basket.
- No tolerance for inappropriate language or content allowed on NWDA premises.
- No cell phones on the dance floor.
- Dancers must wear appropriate cover ups over their dance clothes when coming/leaving the studio.
- All choreography is property of NWDA, and permission is required from instructor and give credit where it is due upon the performance.
- Apart from Parent Watch Week, and Dress Rehearsal, anyone watching classes is only allowed with a teacher’s permission, for it can create distraction.
- Changes to classes and monthly tuition amounts will be made 30 days after written parent notification.
- Any dancer with an account of 45 days unpaid will not be allowed to participate in any classes until the back due amount is paid.
- Dancers who are tardy are encouraged to apologize to their instructor after class.
- Bring water bottles to the class.
